Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible issues. Because books can be read and returned, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or after reading. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, one of the following must apply:

  • The book arrived damaged (e.g., crushed corners, torn cover, severe bends).
  • The book has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, missing pages, significant print errors).
  • You received the wrong item.

Items not eligible for return/refund:

  • Books that show signs of reading or use (e.g., cracked spine, bent pages, writing/highlighting, stains).
  • Normal shelf wear from handling after delivery.
  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Digital downloads.

All returned items must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: At this time, we only ship within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses will be canceled and refunded in full.


How to Start a Return (Required)

Email us at support@ninjuraihasaki.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the damage/defect and the shipping packaging (if damaged in transit).

We’ll review your request and provide next steps. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
  • We recommend a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged/defective or incorrect book, we can ship a replacement once your return is approved. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.


Damages & Issues Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@ninjuraihasaki.com if the book is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, contact us at support@ninjuraihasaki.com.
